As I mentioned to the Sr. girls there are some links to foot strengthening exercises (Linked above)
I would like for them to be doing at home over the break. We also have a repertoire of about 12 exercises we do weekly in class that they will know from memory.
Also for this two week break, please limit the amount of theraband use. We are very accustomed to having the theraband help us in class and I'd like to see if we can train our brains now to create our own resistance and not count on the theraband to do the stretching for us.
I will make it a challenge to see who comes back with noticeable improvement with a small prize so to keep track (although the results will show in their feet right!?!?) they can keep a daily calendar checklist and bring it as we resume classes after the break .
